Watershed Education

Interested in engaging your students through hands-on learning experiences? SNC outreach staff and volunteers manage groups in and out-of-doors, helping people connect with nature. We design our environmental education and outreach programs to complement the Ontario elementary school curriculum.

When available, we will come to your classroom or group meeting to deliver presentations and provide updates on opportunities for people to take environmental action within their own community. People are encouraged to volunteer with us and are able to visit some of our programming sites, we also deliver high school certification and training for the Specialist High Skills Major Program.
