The Fall In Love With Maple - North Grenville weekend event takes place September 25 & 26, 2021 at the Kemptville Campus - Agroforestry Centre (2627 Bedell Road). This event, presented by On The Bend Sugar Shack and the Ontario Maple Syrup Producers Association is part of a 10-day, province wide campaign running September 25 until October 3 by the OMSPA to encourage exploration of and education about Ontario maple sugar operations. 

Join the Kemptville Agroforestry Centre on Saturday & Sunday from 10 am until 4 pm to see the evaporator in operation, enjoy the turning maples, a pancake breakfast, live music, a walk on the trails and guided forest tours. Maple products will be available for sale on site. The 18 acre Kemptville Campus sugarbush is part of the larger 360 acre Forest Stewardship Council ® (FSC®) certified Campus woodlot.

On Sunday September 26th, at 1:00 pm, the woodlot at the Kemptville AgroForestry Centre will be dedicated to Peter Wensink, local forest contracter, MNRF and Domtar employee who passionately loved the forest and maple syrup.
