TAKE NOTICE that the Township of Edwardsburgh Cardinal will host a Public Information Meeting with respect to the proposed flood plain mapping that is to be included in the Township Official Plan. 
This meeting is being held subsequent to the public meeting on September 5, 2019 where flood plain mapping was not yet available:

South Nation Conservation has updated the flood line maps using new high-resolution topographic imagery and Environment Canada’s 1993 flood plain study. This information session will provide an opportunity for residents to review and ask questions about the updated mapping. Following this meeting, the Township will add these maps to Schedule B of the new Township Official Plan, which will be adopted at its regular Council meeting on November 25, 2019.
