The Ontario Invasive Plant Council is celebrating their 10th Anniversary this year and has planned several activites including an afternoon field tour and evening social on October 10th, and an Annual General Meeting and Conference on October 11th. One of the stops on the afternoon field tour is Leitrim Wetland (starting at 2pm at Diamond Jubilee Park on October 10th), where SNC staff will lead an interpretive walk along the Findlay Creek Boardwalk, focusing on glossy buckthorn eradication initiatives.
