The Ottawa Rural Clean Water Program is very pleased to host a free informative workshop that explores Controlled Tile Drainage (CTD) as a means to increase agronomic and economic performance on the farm while improving the local environment. The workshop is located in Kars, Ontario at 1604 Old Wellington Street at the Kars Recreation Association Centre.
