Clean Water Program Grants
The Clean Water Program is SNC's top priority. This is our best tool for improving water quality across the watershed. If you live in the South Nation River Watershed, which comprises parts of: the United Counties of Prescott-Russell, Leeds-Grenville, Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry, you may be eligible for water quality improvement grants.
Since 1993, more than 631 projects valued at $10.1 million have been made possible by over $2 million in grants from the Clean Water Program. The Clean Water Committee is actively seeking more partnerships to contribute to this important program.
Who can apply?
Urban and rural residents, agricultural landowners, community groups, and businesses
Projects must be located in the South Nation Watershed (projects within the City of Ottawa are directed to the Ottawa Rural Clean Water Grant Program)
