The South Nation Conservation (SNC) Clean Water Committee is pleased to offer a $500 sponsorship to local agricultural organizations for any upcoming agri-environmental outreach and education activities being held prior to December 31st, 2012.
Sponsorship funding will support activities such as guest speakers, delivery of workshops, tours, or local demonstration projects.
Agricultural organizations are invited to apply for this sponsorship by completing the attached application and returning it to SNC no later than December 1st, 2012.
Sponsorship deliverables must be within the jurisdiction of South Nation Conservation. Click here for a map.
Eligible sponsorships will be approved on a first-come, first-served basis.
Successful applicants will meet the following conditions to the satisfaction of SNC prior to SNC releasing any sponsorship funds:

Provide credit to SNC wherever opportunities occur (i.e. posters, program, website, etc.), written credit must read South Nation Conservation and include the South Nation Conservation logo (to be provided by SNC);

Prominently display the SNC banner/flag at the approved activity;

Issue a press release, or be featured in an SNC issued press release, to local media announcing the SNC sponsorship of the approved activity;

Acknowledge SNC’s contribution in any reporting of the activity (e.g. organization’s newsletter, website, etc.), and

Provide SNC with a summary (e.g. copies of promotional material, press coverage, number of attendees, etc.) and photos from the activity for use in Clean Water Program promotional material and as a highlight on SNC’s website (www.nation.on.ca).

SNC, at its discretion, may choose to waive some conditions of the sponsorship approval.
