Our South Nation Watershed

From headwaters north of Brockville, the South Nation River flows northeast for 175 kilometres (109 miles), and empties into the Ottawa River near Plantagenet. The watershed, which covers 3,900 km2 is a complex ecosystem which South Nation Conservation is mandated to protect. In total, 15 municipalities make up the South Nation River Watershed.
